Default New scam?

I've seen some guy around Kaineng Center that will let you ally with his "super active and fully packed" guild for a "guild pledge" of 6k.

Not even a guarantee that his guild has any members.

Even if he didn't mean for it to be a scam, this is just ridiculous.

That reminds me of something I saw last week. Someone was in Ascalon city spamming that you could join their "huge, active guild" for 600 gold, and become and officer for 6k "few spots left!". The first thought that went through my mind was "and get kicked 30 seconds after handing me your money".

There is some guilds I wouldn't mind paying to get into (just for the well known name), just to say I'm in guild so and so. Yeah I'm a loser! lol

Heh, that's assuming it's not pay first, get invited second, which seems more likely.. and then they take the money and run off without even an invite.

That's reall sad.

People are also trying to sell those mini-pets for 100-200k and they can get them for free an infinite number of times. very sad as well.

You cant really get them "over and over again". To get a pet your character must be 12 months old, so people that have deleted their old chars to make new ones, and dont want to wait another X months, will pay dearly for those pets.

The last time I checked we couldn't ally with guilds, as there's an alliance problem? The message I get when I go to the Alliance tab on my guild (since I'm the leader)

Just wondering, why is 6XXX a common number? Like the 600g and 6k suggested. Is it just a random number?

most likely just some random number and i've been seeing this ALOT too in every city and the whole mini pet thing they only sell for alot due to high demand and pretty hard to get if you think about it as most people deleted their first char.
